Regret my purchase
Rope hurts shoulder with any weight, with weight straps don't stay put, bag slowly gets longer, rope ruined my shirt making pilling wherever the rope touched. Very disappointed, wish I kept the tag to return

Misleading/wrong color compared to picture
My wife ordered the shoulder bag because the outer color looked blue and the interior was an even lighter blue. She liked the idea of a light interior because it made her contents easier to spot. What she got instead was a color closer to grey, and the interior wasn’t blue at all, just more dark grey. The bag is almost the exact same color as her current bag, and the interior is not light at all; which she felt defeated the purpose of the purchase. She chose not to return it because she wants to support you, but she was very disappointed. Even now when I’m looking at the picture on the web site; it’s not even close to what we got in the mail. If the images on line are touched up, that’s one thing. But the interior is so wrong it’s like two different bags. Just thought you should know. Brian

Perfect Everyday Bag
I am very picky about the bags I purchase. This bag is meant to fill the slot of a slightly larger everyday bag compared to my Cotopaxi 3L Fanny pack and my Fjällraven 21L. It’s big enough to carry a water bottle and my kindle in addition to my wallet, iPhone X, keys, and small toiletries with room to spare. I envision using this as my personal bag when flying so I can keep my necessities (sleeping mask, over ear headphones, kindle, switch and toiletries easily accessible). Stoked about this bag.

Great For Use as a Purse
This bag is so cute and functional and unexpectedly big. I was wanting a curved shoulder bag and it delivers. It mostly stays on my shoulder by itself which isn't always the case with shoulder bags. I love that it extends into a cross body and looks super cute. The bag is super durable. Zippers seem really sturdy. My one complaint is that the pink/orange bag is misrepresented in the pictures. I thought the bag was orangey red but it is clearly red no orange. Still saturated and deep. I like red so this is fine but if you don't then choose a different color. I say they run big because the bag is bigger is person that I was expecting but not over large.

Terrific bag!
Trozo 8L Shoulder Bag is exactly what I have been looking for. I can carry my iPad plus other essentials. If I have to wait for an appointment, I have everything I need with me to occupy my time. A great product!
