Problematic fit, poor refund policy
Initially, I fell in love with these and was raving about them to everyone. I kept 2 styles, and also bought them for both my adult sons for an upcoming trip. After wearing them for just a month, the shape of the sole changed dramatically so that my toes were smashed when walking. I am 5'7 140 so not a lot of excess compression, they are just soft soles but this ultimately affects the performance, don't know what to call it but workmanship. When I mailed them back for a workmanship refund, I was not refunded for those, even though one pair was still new and even though I purchased a replacement in a larger size hoping to resolve the problem. The full size larger has developed the same issue, so I'm sending them Bach. I would appreciate better customer service, Hoka. I should be issued a credit for the previous pairs. Disappointed

I will definitely be buying Hoka shoes again and again.
I have knee problems. Actually I'm waiting on my insurance to ok my knee surgery. M on my feet all day at work. I put in around 18000 steps a day. M hurting by the end of the work day. I bought these shoes and my knee doesn't hurt as bad.

3/5
I have been wearing HOKA for a really long time. I have the slides, BONDIs, and Transports. Unfortunately this shoe just didn't do it for me. I did appreciate how lightweight they are, but I felt some pain in my toes after wearing them on a 5 mile easy/moderate hike. I just don't see myself wearing them again... I really liked the green color that I chose, but did not love the laces. Of course you can change those to your liking.

Great shoe wore all day the 1st day
Because I don't like to wear the same shoe every day I like to give them at least 24 hours for the soul to air out and spring back. That way the shoes last longer. Anyway I bought 3 pair all in different colors had to change out the insole to something stronger with more cushion and more arch support then wore right out of the box. They fit great they are strong and sturdy but comfortable best everyday, walk the dogs sneaker I've ever had.

Hiking success
Wore these hiking at Zion and Bryce Canyon and didn't have any issues. Broke them in for 1-2 days beforehand.

Not sure what went wrong
I bought these to hike in Alaska during a cruise and found that I couldn't wear them longer than an hour. My feet were very fatigued after wearing them for 20 minutes or so. I don't know if it's how I was gripping with my toes or the fact there was not support in the middle which made my flat feet very fatigued after walking a bit. I came home and put them in the box. Just not for me.

Love these hiking shoes!
I am an avid hiker and love to take in daily 6+ mile hikes. For years I have used other expensive top name brand hiking shoes but have noticed increasing foot pain after hiking any more than 3 miles. I was desperate to find hiking shoes that would take me as far as I wanted to go without the intense foot pain I was beginning to get. Hoka hiking shoes were introduced to me and I will never hike in anything else! I first purchased a pair of the Hoka Speedgoat hiking boots during the winter and recently purchased the Anacapa breeze low hiking shoes for the warmer weather. They are both incredible with traction, support and very comfortable! I can easily do my daily hikes with no pain whatsoever - I am hooked! Thank you Hoka!!

Great shoe, not good fit for me
I absolutely loved the shoe when I first received it. However, after wearing it on several trail hike and then several flat walks on asphalt and/or hard packed trails, I could see that the forefoot support was not right for me as I have severe pronation on my right foot. The mesh construction on the sides of the forefoot did not provide enough support to keep my foot from moving over the side of the sole. My foot was becoming sore as well as my ankle.
