Why We Like The HOKA Arahi 7 Running Shoe
Now equipped to lock in our fit, the HOKA Arahi 7 Running Shoe keeps our foot perfectly positioned over its ultralight, ultra-cushy platform. The new flat-knit upper is strategically looped to give our midfoot a supportive hug when laced in, while the improved, cushier tongue eliminates pressure points and its dual gussets prevent migration. Just like its predecessors, this pair features HOKA's J-Frame technology that gives us the touch of stability we need without feeling heavy or clunky.

One small annoyance...
Great comfortable shoe for work but the tongue in my arahi 7 had to be tugged out every. Single. Time. I'd slide my foot in...even if I really loosened the laces. Seemed like a small unnecessary battle every morning. My arahi 6 don't do this

They ruined a great shoe
The 7s felt totally different. wayy too tight on top of my foot. Seems to be less cushioned/reactive

Would buy again
I love how these shoes look but I do think they run small in size. I wear an 8 so I ordered an 8 but when they arrived and I put them on they were kind of narrow. Next time I will purchase an 8 1/2. I have another pair of Hokas in a different style that are size 8 and they fit and feel great.

Great shoes
I am a nurse in the OR and am on my feet entirely all day. I also have severe flat foot and these shoes are so supportive and stabilizing. I am in love with these shoes.

Love the stability of the Arahi!
I really like the Arahi. Much more stability than the Solimar. It works nicely for my dance class at the gym!

This shoe is literally the best!
This shoe is actually so perfect! If you have a high arch in your foot I would totally recommend this shoe. If you are struggling with shin splints this shoe is for you! When I tell you that my shin splints were gone in less then a week!

smaller toe box
I purchased this model over my usual Clifton 9 and was not impressed. Wasn't comfortable from the moment I put them on. The toe box is smaller and I don't purchase wide shoes in the Clifton 9 style. So i exchanged for another pair of Clifton 9s. I do love my Hoka shoes. Sometimes the colors are a bit over the top for a person who uses them for walking.
