[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Awesome stuff. Not positive the redesign, versus the one we had from a couple years ago, is better in every way, but it does the job and seems well made. More importantly, the mere fact that you stand behind your product and so sent it to me in the first place is the important thing. That kind of attitude was never common, but in this day and age it's downright rare. I think it will prove to be well worth the lost revenue as the good will you engendered with me will account for more than that piddling amount over the course of time.

Leaks. Please bring old version back
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Old straw lid was much better. Easier to hold and didn’t leak. This one leaks like crazy. For this price it’s really bad. Please switch to the old one that seals better and has the side handle instead of the loop on top. Narrow mouth is the same issue as well

Wide mouth lid malfunction
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wide mouth lid with straw doesn’t line up properly when you open it to drink. The hole seems to be slightly off so I’m essentially just sucking air when I’m trying to take a drink of water

Lovely Lid Replacement
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fantastic! Needed to replace my lid after 7~ years of use made it so that the straw didnt have great suction (not the straw's fault though, I checked!) and this is perfect. I carry this thing everywhere and the new lid doesn't leak at all and the new strap design is very convenient. I'm very glad that the widemouth design hasn't changed at all because I was worried that 7 years later it might not fit my hydro but it's perfect.
