Featuring a 2.5-layer construction and complete with a stretch woven nylon fabric, the Downpour Light Jacket is super comfortable, completely waterproof and windproof, and stays breathable so we stay comfortable. An adjustable hood allows us to stay covered up when it starts to pour, and extended cuffs with a hook-and-loop closure makes for a comfortable fit to keep out the cold wind. So far so good
- Familiarity:
- I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
- Size Bought:
- XL
- Height:
- 6' 2"
- Weight:
- 230
First, as an FYI, light khaki isn’t khaki, it’s olive green. I happen to like the green better, so I’m not disappointed, but color is misleading. Very lightweight jacket. Fit is perfect. I am 6’2” and 230lbs. XL is ideal. Not bulky like some XL, rather athletic cut. Sleeve length is adequate for longer arms. The only thing I don’t love is the feel of the liner against my arms when wearing short sleeves. Sorta rubber feeling.
