Use the recommendation
Bought a Medium for using for general fitness (work). Comfortable fit with just the right amount of support. I am a size 10 bought 2 sizes M and S so pleased I did M is better for using for work but the S is needed for my HITT classes as recommended by the websites.

Poor quality in black
I have bought these bras for years now and loved them. I agree with other reviewers that they seem to come up smaller now than in past years however I just buy a bigger size. My problem is with the black colourway. I bought one black one navy last summer. The navy washes beautifully but the elastic on the shoulders of the black one perished in the first two washes. I exchanged the black in store and have recently started wearing it. However after the first wash the elastic has perished again - very disappointing.

Snug but comfy
Bought this in the shop without reading the reviews online. I was in the process of replacing all of my workout clothes with smaller sizes, so when I tried on a medium and found it to be quite snug, I assumed that was how it was meant to be. I debated going for a large instead but figured it might stretch out too much with use. The material is very comfortable, and despite being snug the bra doesn't dig in anywhere. It provides good support, at least for those with a smaller bust.

Extremely small fitting
I've always bought the stamina range but the new design is very small. Disappointing as I like the new material, feel like the Gary range

Light support
Disappointed with the sports bra tor the price. Lightweight, it was soft but I bought a small and it was too tight.

Bring the old stamina back!
I used to buy the old-style stamina, and the fit was always good. The new design is too tiny, and the neck area is restricted. I will be looking at other brands. It is a shame that small, good brands get bought and things lose originality.

Various sizes Mediums
Various size Mediums as suggested in previous posts. Bought medium as I had medium in white, but this is a very small compared to medium in white.
